Uvita Bahia Ballena:
Uvita Beach in the Ballena Marine Park – is located in Bahía Uvita, two km east of the Costanera Sur. It is among the most beautiful beaches in the South Pacific of Costa Rica.
It is the largest coral reef on the Pacific coast of Central America and forms a crescent necklace with the three small islands known as Las Tres Hermanas and Isla Ballena. Its terraces host a large amount of habitat for an endless number of marine species composed of corals, whales and dolphins, sea turtles, fish, starfish, mollusks, crabs, sea fans and sponges, among others.
